Occupational Therapist, General, Newport, Vermont. This travel temporary assignment places you in a skilled nursing facility setting. Start date: 11/09/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., five days per week. Weekly pay: $2,382–$2,519 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment plans for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Develop and implement OT plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
- Conduct regular re-evaluations, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
- Document patient assessments, goals, progress notes, and related information in the charting system.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including nursing, physical therapy, and other rehabilitation and social work staff, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance during therapy sessions.

Requirements
- Eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy in the United States.
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment with guaranteed hours.
- Ability to meet the schedule and duration of the assignment.
