ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened its doors in April 2020 and has grown into a strong, dedicated team of six full-time and two part-time team members. I’ve been part of State Farm since I was 19 and, after spending time working at corporate, I decided to become an agent to build something of my own. I’ve always believed in helping people truly understand insurance, and that mission continues to drive our work every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alexa Barkley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
