Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member Full time position in Kirksville, MO. Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Kirksville, MO seeks an outgoing, multilingual, career‑oriented professional to join their team. As a team member for Audra Jackson, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Make sales calls to prospects and follow up. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Benefits Group life insurance benefits. 401(k). Salary plus commission/bonus. Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days). Requirements Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Speak Spanish and/or French. Enthusiastic about the role insurance & financial products play in helping people. People‑oriented. Self‑motivated. Detail oriented. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to make presentations to potential customers. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Other Information This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As a team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity.
