Revenue Cycle Manager

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee billing, collections, and reimbursement operations. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can optimize revenue cycle processes, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving financial performance. Summary The Revenue Cycle Manager will lead the revenue cycle team, overseeing patient billing, claims management, and accounts receivable. This role will ensure accurate and timely reimbursement, implement process improvements, and collaborate across clinical, operational, and finance teams to maximize efficiency and revenue capture. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the revenue cycle team , including billing and collections staff Oversee accounts receivable, insurance claim submissions, and payment collections Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer policies, and internal controls Monitor revenue cycle KPIs, generate reports, and present findings to leadership Implement process improvements to optimize billing, coding, and collections efficiency Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve documentation or coding issues Lead audits and support compliance initiatives for payer contracts and billing practices Drive initiatives to reduce denials, improve cash flow, and accelerate collections Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field 5–8+ years of experience in revenue cycle, billing, or healthcare finance Prior team management or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, insurance processes, and regulations Experience with EHR / billing systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar) Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
