Marketing Specialist, — Temporary (6-9 Months) | Hybrid, Gaithersburg, MD Immediate Start We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join a well-established nonprofit organization on a temporary, full-time basis (6-9 months) supporting product marketing. What You'll Do Finalize, refine, and document marketing plans and strategies Ensure insurance marketing campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule Manage marketing operations software to execute campaigns and audience selection Review marketing copy and materials for accuracy, routing for internal/external approvals Optimize all marketing touchpoints for copy and user experience Organize, code, and process marketing project invoices for timely payment Lead postage estimate processing and payment reconciliation for campaigns Track marketing expenses, budget variances, and related communications Complete performance reporting and budget projections Partner with external agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 5+ years of experience developing and implementing product marketing Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Google Analytics, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and SharePoint Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and budget management experience Details Full-time, temporary assignment (6-9 months) Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Gaithersburg, MD / 2 days remote Insurance or association/membership-organization marketing experience is a strong plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
