Job Opportunity – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN – Western North Carolina

Schedule: Every other weekend required; patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:4 based on patient acuity; rotating shifts available; floating to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby as needed

• Navy blue scrubs; detail-oriented and organized team culture with supportive management

Requirements:

• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state licensure
• Minimum 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience strongly preferred
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to float to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby units as needed
