Job Title: Welder/Fabricator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to work on customized projects for high-profile clients such as NASA and Boeing, as well as government-funded work. The role involves fabricating and welding industrial work platforms, mezzanines, and ladder platforms.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel customized platforms, mezzanines, ladders, stairs, and steps.
• Weld materials ranging from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch thickness.
• Fabricate parts according to blueprints and drawings, ensuring all orders are custom.
• Use equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces, setting up and measuring assemblies.
• Verify welding results by inspecting and testing welds.

• Minimum of 3 years MIG/TIG welding experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in MIG/TIG welding on aluminum.
• Ability to perform vertical and horizontal welds.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings for customized products.
• Experience in examining welds for bead size and other specifications.

• 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Experience in aerospace and aluminum welding.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.

This position is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing/shop environment. The role requires a commitment to working 50-60 hours per week. Be prepared to engage in hands-on, technical work in a fast-paced setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Weldon Spring, MO 63304.

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $72000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
