The Role

You will own marketing, full stop. Not "support." Not "assist." Own it.

This means:

• Brand system — keep every touchpoint (site, social, print, listing presentations, sales collateral) as clean, bold, and unmistakably premium as the properties we sell

• Content engine — turn our weekly property activity into a steady stream of multi-channel content that never feels like real estate marketing-as-usual

• Digital authority — evolve our web presence from a static site into a genuine hub buyers and sellers come to before they ever call an agent

• Systems & AI — build workflows and leverage modern tools (including AI) so our marketing runs lean, fast, and ahead of every competitor still doing this the old way

• Creative direction — bring ideas we haven't thought of. If you need a brief for everything, this isn't your seat

$85,000 - $95,000 yearly

Day-To-Day Job Responsibilities

• Running expired and farm campaigns on the Westside

• Launching marketing campaigns for coming soon, active, and sold listings

• Managing assets for new listings, including photography, writing listing descriptions, and creating floor plans

• Creating custom listing presentations and plans for potential listings

• Creating weekly seller reports so we can keep clients up to date on progress

• Just to name a few!

Who You Are

• A confident, creative, and strategic operator — you don't need real estate experience, but you understand luxury, taste, and how sophisticated buyers actually think

• Fluent in modern marketing: content, brand, digital, paid, and how AI tools fit into all of it

• Someone who builds systems, not chaos — organized, self-directed, allergic to hand-holding

• A minimalist by instinct — you know that in a market this high-end, restraint is the flex

• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and being judged on outcomes, not hours logged

Compensation details: 85000-95000 Yearly Salary
