Director/Manager Financial Reporting

We are looking for an accomplished financial reporting leader to join our team in Dallas, Texas and help shape a growing organization during an important stage of expansion. This position offers close interaction with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence reporting, accounting, and financial analysis in a hands-on capacity. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys building structure, solving complex accounting matters, and contributing across multiple finance priorities in a fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring disclosures are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.• Manage external reporting obligations, including SEC-related filings, and research accounting guidance to address technical matters.• Contribute to month-end and period-end accounting activities while supporting the broader close and reporting process.• Provide financial analysis and special project support to help leadership evaluate business performance and key decisions.• Assist with financing activities and other strategic initiatives by developing reporting materials and responding to information requests.• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors and collaborate with third-party advisors throughout audit and reporting cycles.• Strengthen reporting workflows, internal controls, and accounting procedures to support operational scale and consistency.• Partner with executive leadership on cross-functional finance and accounting initiatives that require strong judgment and attention to detail.
