Tryfacta is seeking a LPN for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Position Title: LPN

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 weeks (possible extension)

Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (02:45 11:15)

Pay rate: $38- $42/hr (negotiable)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Maintain accurate and timely charting
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active LVN/LPN license
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
