At F45 Central Houston , a top 5% performing studio nationwide , we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach & Training Manager to lead our coaching team, elevate member experience, and help drive studio success. What You’ll Do As the Head Coach & Training Manager, you’ll combine expert-level coaching with leadership and team development. You’ll lead classes from the front, mentor other coaches, and help maintain a culture of energy, accountability, and results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading high-energy F45 group training sessions (18 - 22 classes per week)
- Coaching members on proper form, modifications, and motivation
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring part-time coaches
- Managing trainer schedules and session quality
- Working with management to hit weekly and monthly KPIs
- Supporting the Membership Manager with onboarding and fitness consultations
- Creating a clean, organized, and positive studio environment
- 3 +years of group fitness or personal training experience
- Previous leadership or team management experience in a gym or studio setting
- Outgoing, confident, and inspiring coaching presence
- Strong communication skills—both in-person and via email
- Self-starter with a passion for helping others succeed
- Certified by NASM, ACE, ACSM, or other nationally accredited programs
