Strength & Conditioning Coach - D1 Training Brighton

D1, a premiere athletic training facility in Brighton MI, is seeking coaches who are passionate about supporting youth and adults in achieving their fitness goals. The coach will join an energetic, collaborative team of fitness professionals dedicated to bringing a motivating, world-class athletic experience to members. This position is primarily responsible for coaching group fitness classes and personal training sessions. This is a part time, in-person position, and work hours are flexible. D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals. Coach group fitness classes, personal training, and team‑based training (15‑20 hours/week). Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify and adapt movements best suited for the individual. Exhibit passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over‑the‑top customer service. Start and finish workouts on time. Assess and align each member with the proper program. Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member. Deliver accurate, industry‑leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition. Teach proper form and technique and keep all athletes safe. Qualifications Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification. At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA. Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning‑related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
