Packaging/Kit Assembler - 1st Shift

Quanex is looking for a 1st Shift Packaging/Kit Assembler to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm | Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season.

The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr shift differential with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis.

What Success Looks Like:

• Operate and set up packaging equipment.
• Manually stage and label screens and build cardboard boxes
• Palletize finished goods and operate stretch wrapper
• Perform quality checks while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards to the supervisor or team lead
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled hours.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required
