Together, our employees in North America and Europe work to provide Flexjet aircraft Owners with the finest experience in premium private jet travel.The Client Billing Specialist will work two-fold with external customers and internal colleagues to provide information as it relates to customers contracts and invoices. Will work to ensure timeliness of billing/receivables, accuracy of administering contract terms as well as any potential non-payment/collections issues that may arise. This position manages inquiries from clients and ensures they are addressed timely and accurately. The role will support many other departments in the organization as needed to resolve any customer concerns.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to internal colleagues providing details and data regarding client contract informationReview and communicate to client requests and questions in regard to their unique contracts and client billsDemonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and solve difficult business problemsAbility to gather and analyze data and draw logical conclusionsExecuting daily/weekly/monthly billing cycle activities including invoice processing, utilization reports, revisions, quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with client's contracted agreementResponsible for collections of unpaid receivables as neededPartner with Management to resolve client issuesFollow all internal controls and processes while assisting in month-end and other periodic close reconciliationsReview monthly reports, collections and variance reports collaborating with finance to take necessary action for correction.Assist with training and mentorship of new team membersAccount management of top tier clients, high risk clientsAdditional support and quality checks for key accounts and new program roll outsSystem Expert / IT Testing SupportPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's/Associate's degree in related field and preferred experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a combination of education and experience.2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industryStrong computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Strong documentation skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple inquiries/requests quicklyWorking proficiency with Oracle suite is preferred.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust possess the legal ability to work in the United StatesAbility to interface successfully with all levels of professionals and company leadershipWorks effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationshipsDesire to work in an autonomous role knowing all the while among a strong supportive team of colleagues and managementAbility to respond calmly, and handle customer demandsKeeps up with current developments and trends in areas of expertiseGood problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentSystem orientedDeadline drivenOrganizedENVIRONMENTThis role is onsiteFlexjet is an equal-opportunity employer.
