Pride: An honest, ethical, and integrity-based workforce.What You'll DoLead, schedule, train, and develop the property's maintenance team.Assign and prioritize service requests, make-readies, inspections, and preventive maintenance projects.Ensure service requests and apartments are completed correctly and on time.Inspect apartments, buildings, grounds, amenities, and mechanical systems regularly.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, water heaters, pool equipment, and other property systems.Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, service records, inspection logs, and equipment documentation.Manage the maintenance team's on-call schedule and respond to after-hours emergencies.Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors and monitor completed work.Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, equipment, and chemicals.Keep maintenance shops, storage areas, dumpsters, and work areas clean, organized, and secure.Ensure employees follow company policies, OSHA requirements, and safe work practices.Communicate maintenance concerns, major repairs, and project updates to the Property Manager.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.Three to five years of multifamily, facility, or mechanical maintenance experience.Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.EPA Type III or Universal certification required.Certified Pool Operator certification required.Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and pool maintenance.Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe work practices.Strong leadership, organization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Basic computer and mobile technology skills.Ability to participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies during evenings, weekends, and holidays.Trade school or relevant military technical training is a plus.Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.BenefitsEligible full-time employees may elect or participate in:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurancePaid time off, holiday pay, and a birthday paid day offEmployee Assistance ProgramApartment discountEmployee referral bonus program401(k) plan with company matchTraining and career-development opportunitiesBenefits are subject to eligibility, enrollment requirements, applicable plan terms, and company policies.Join the Lynd TeamIf you are ready to lead a maintenance team and take pride in keeping a property safe, functional, and welcoming, we invite you to apply.The complete job description, including all duties, responsibilities, schedule expectations, essential functions, and physical requirements, is attached to this posting.Reasonable accommodations may be provided to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
