Now, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and help us take our operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse and production activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor productivity and operational goals, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas while ensuring smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with leadership and department teams to set daily priorities.

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse and production employees.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee placement.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance, conducting coaching and performance discussions as needed.
• Foster a respectful, team-oriented work environment and communicate company expectations clearly.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce all company safety policies and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other workplace regulations.

Warehouse & Production

• Oversee material flow and coordinate receiving, processing, storage, and shipping activities.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely, accurate shipments.
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and employee productivity.

Performance & Reporting

• Track operational performance and maintain accurate records related to staffing, production, safety, and operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to executive management.
• Participate in regular operational meetings and establish performance standards.

Leadership & Communication

• Serve as a key point of contact between employees, supervisors, and executive management.
• Communicate priorities and changes effectively while addressing employee concerns professionally.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and other business contacts as needed.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or operations management.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA standards.
• Forklift experience or familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
