Sr. Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment and documentation of current and targetstate processes and functional requirements across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with customers and enterprise developers to formulate policies and plans that support enterprise goals.
- Implement efficient endto-end processes and maximize the use of existing IT assets.
- Align strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives.
- Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using industrystandard techniques, frameworks, and best practices.
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage applications on EKS and other cloud platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, application servers, database servers, and system architecture.
- Advanced expertise in Python and other modern programming languages to address business needs.
- Expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and managing applications on EKS.
- Handson experience with AWS services.
- Solid understanding of microservices and containerization.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies:
- J2EE, Java, EJB, ASP, PowerBuilder, C, C++, SQL, CGI, Windows, NT, Visual Basic, Oracle, Sybase, MQ Series.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Over 15 years of relevant experience, including leading teams on projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Proven experience as a lead developer for projects with comparable responsibilities and challenges.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment.
