Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will support financial advisors and help clients achieve their long‑term goals. You’ll provide administrative support, manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and contribute to a positive client experience. What you’ll do Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Assist in annual business planning for advisors and help develop strategies for the upcoming year. Listen for situations that indicate clients may need additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Provide administrative and operational support: scheduling, preparing materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Maintain and update SOPs and contribute to execution of the branch business plan. Handle account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Account Management: Learn the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under guidance of advisor; manage scheduling, client meeting prep, correspondence, and marketing activities; streamline processes and update SOPs. Technology: Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new tech such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
