As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're seeking a Technical Services Specialist to play a pivotal role in deploying next-generation technologies and supporting mission-critical installations. This position will be located in our Midland, TX office. This is not a remote position. As a Technical Services Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery engine ensuring every deployment meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and client satisfaction. Job Type Full-time Requirements High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree in electronics, engineering technology, networking, or systems engineering preferred 5+ years of hands-on experience in field technician or technical support roles Prior technical experience in networking, telecommunications, and wireless solutions Certifications or training in Cisco, Network+, or similar technologies Advanced knowledge of network components (switches, routers, firewalls) and RF technologies (VSAT, LTE, wireless radios, Wi‑Fi) Proficient understanding of data and signal flow through networks, including the OSI Model Skilled in using telnet, RDP, traceroute, ping, and other troubleshooting tools Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Self‑motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning Ability to pass background check and a pre‑start drug & alcohol screen. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and carry/push/pull moderate loads as needed. Position Details Full‑time role with typical hours from 8am to 5pm Occasional on‑call work may include nights and weekends Flexible scheduling to support business needs.
