Insurance Producer (Employee Benefits - Remote and Hybrid Opportunities)

As part of our continued growth, one of our Core Partner agencies is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer/Sales Executive to drive new business, build lasting client partnerships, and grow a profitable book of business.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, network, and develop new Employee Benefits business
- Build and grow a profitable book of business
- Design customized benefits strategies including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary coverages
- Advise clients on cost management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead opportunities from outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Partner internally to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
What You Bring
- Active Life & Health license required
- Employee Benefits sales or business development experience
- Knowledge of group benefits and compliance requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
