Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Pay: Range starts at $15.75/hour based on years of related experience Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm Benefits Highlights Compensation: Includes tenure‑based service increases and performance bonuses for high‑performing team members. Job Summary The Office Specialist performs a variety of duties, including administrative and clinical tasks, to ensure continuity of care for clients. The role plans, organizes, and tracks services for clients and performs administrative functions within the program. Essential Functions Manage the client check‑in process efficiently; update demographics in EMR and verify funding coverage each appointment. Collect payments (cash, check, or charge) for client balances or copayments. Balance cash drawer and prepare daily bank deposits. Answer program phone calls to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries. Coordinate with billing and insurance providers (renewal authorizations, concurrent reviews). Input OQ scores and RANT assessment scores into the online database. Complete documentation for services provided. Provide administrative support on assigned projects. Follow agency documentation policies for assessments, care plans, transitions, discharge plans, and client care. Communicate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment. Adhere to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to meet licensure, certification, or other agency requirements. Requirements Education None specified.
