Requirements 8+ years of experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well‑written system requirements. 8+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 8+ years of experience with business process re‑engineering and software process flow improvement. 8+ years of experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices. 8+ years of experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices. 1+ year of experience with Atlassian Jira. 1+ year of experience with requirements management software such as Modern Requirements. 1+ year of experience working with a client or a federal/state/local education agency or education vendor. Responsibilities Analyze user needs, business processes, pain points, and computer system capabilities to automate or improve existing systems. Conduct requirements elicitation using joint application development (JAD), interviews, document analysis, surveys, use cases, competitive product analysis, and workflow analysis. Transform information from elicitation sessions into business and functional requirements, use cases, user stories, software requirements specifications documents, wireframes, and mockups. Use standard templates and write unambiguous, concise natural language. Mentor peers and colleagues in disseminating best practices and actively seek out training opportunities. Use tools such as Jira and Modern Requirements to manage the change control process, participate in the SDLC, and track and communicate requirements status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
