We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager looking to make their mark as a leader in a fun environment that promotes individualism and offers that with a great quality of life!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

Coaching and developing the team.
Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive
Motivating the team through thick and thin
Good career tenure.
3 plus years of experience in the role of Assistant General Manager
Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
Knowledge of budget management and financials.
FOH & BOH Experience is a plus
