Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy treatment programs for patients whose injury, disease, or loss of body part interferes with daily functioning. Provide skilled intervention using varieties of techniques that are appropriate to achieve identified goals. In this role you will provide coverage to both the inpatient and outpatient population. In this Per Diem role, you will primarily assist with inpatient care on weekends, holidays, and PTO coverage. Preferred Criteria Acute care hospital experience Master’s Degree National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certification AOTA Membership Required Criteria Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy New York State Occupational Therapist License within one year of hire, or NYS Limited Permit if applicable Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
