- Assist Purchasers with all aspects of the purchasing process.
- Follow-up on purchase orders.
- Enter order acknowledgements.
- Send and respond to emails.
- Contact vendors when needed.
- Send monthly supplier rating reports.
- Attend meetings to provide updates when needed.
- Minimum high school diploma
- Prefer high numeric reasoning and developed communication skills
- Experience in MS Excel (emphasis on VLOOKUP, and Pivot tables), MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Organizational skills, customer service oriented and able to work well with others.
