Qualifications & Desired Experience Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred Strong knowledge of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment practices for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Excellent communication and collaborative skills, able to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexible and organized, able to balance responsibilities across two different campuses Key Responsibilities Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech and language delays or disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Offer consultation and training to school staff as needed Split time effectively between a middle school and an elementary school assigned to your position Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking stability for the school year, with the potential to transition from contract to hire.
