LIHTC Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

Enterprise Housing Credit Investments (EHCI) is seeking a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our Acquisitions team. The role centers on analyzing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit opportunities and building robust financial models to evaluate potential investments. You will draft PIRs, submit to the LDSC, and manage relationships with developers while supporting the acquisitions team.
