Corporate Trainer

Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite Compensation: $100-120k/year Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance options, 401k match options, PTO/Sick Time available

Position Overview:

Assess organizational training needs through collaboration with leadership and analysis of performance gaps

Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs, curriculum, and materials (in-person, virtual, and e-learning)

Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees at all levels

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; adjust programs as needed

Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business goals

Manage and maintain learning systems, training schedules, and program documentation

Support leadership development, employee engagement, and continuous learning initiatives

Stay current on industry trends, training methodologies, and instructional design best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or instructional design
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple formats
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience working with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD)
• Experience supporting leadership development or enterprise-wide training initiatives
• Background in HR, talent development, or organizational development
