Warehouse Manager — Hydraulics Hose Shop Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonus up to $1,000 Mobile Hydraulics is hiring a Warehouse Manager to run the day‑to‑day operations of one of our shops. This is a hands‑on leadership role — you’ll be at the counter helping walk‑in customers, on the floor fabricating hose assemblies, and behind the scenes making sure your team, your inventory, and your store are running smoothly. What you'll do: You’ll be the point person for walk‑in customers — identifying the right fittings, threads, hoses, and adapters, replicating hose assemblies on the spot, invoicing accurately, and making sure every customer leaves satisfied. You’ll also lead the team that reports to you: keeping them aligned with the MH Policy Manual, holding the standard for attitude and work ethic, and stepping in when needed. On the operations side, you’ll manage the warehouse, showroom, and tool room; count the cash drawer daily; assist in inventory management; submit your daily store post; and keep the store clean and presentable.
