Accountant

Insight Global is seeking an experienced and professional Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee daily accounting and tax operations within our growing office. This role will manage client relationships, grow and foster new client relationships, review accounting and tax work, support staff, and help maintain efficient office operations during and outside of tax season. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and tax operations Review individual and business tax returns Supervise and support office staff Maintain strong client relationships and communication Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reports Assist with workflow management and deadline tracking Help improve office procedures and efficiency Preferred Traits Professional and dependable Team-oriented with strong leadership skills Detail-oriented and organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Qualifications 2-year or 4-year Accounting degree required Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation Management or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and tax software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
