We are looking for a Part‑time Retail Sales Associate at our luxury boutique in Americana at Brand. You will be the welcoming face of the boutique, guiding customers, sharing coffee expertise, and creating memorable moments. Benefits may vary by position. What You’ll Be Doing Brand advocate – share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling. Customer‑obsessed – demonstrate hospitality and passion for people. Greet and engage customers, creating a memorable experience. Listen and understand customer needs, recommending personalized coffee and machine solutions. Offer coffee tastings and demonstrate product knowledge to build the customer base. Collaborate with team members to foster a cohesive work environment. Maintain boutique environment: shipments, displays, coffee wall, cleanliness, and safety. Participate in training that prepares you for success.
