Massage Therapist Job Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic massage services including Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, sports massage, and other modalities
Customize treatments using our signature Pressure Scale to meet individual client needs
Maintain professional standards and deliver exceptional client experiences
Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding service
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications for Massage Therapist Position

Required:

Active Maryland Massage Therapy License (LMT)
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
Exceptional customer service skills
Commitment to therapeutic massage standards

Preferred:

Experience in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, or specialized modalities
Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
