RoseWood Village at Hollymead, 2029 Lockwood Dr., Charlottesville, Virginia, United States of America Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Full‑Time & Part‑Time | 1st Shift (7a–3p) & 2nd Shift (3p–11p) | Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience Full‑Time – 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) – Memory Care Part‑Time – 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) – Assisted Living Part‑Time – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Assisted Living What You’ll Do Safely administer medications and maintain accurate documentation on the MAR Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with the care team Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and warmth Help create a positive, engaging environment in Assisted Living and Memory Care Assist residents with medications as permitted under State guidelines Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care Work closely with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care and services Participate in and lead resident activities as needed Meet customer‑service standards in a friendly, helpful, courteous manner Other job duties assigned – see full job description Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Minimum one (1) year experience with senior adults highly preferred Must possess active Virginia RMA certification in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (required) May be a licensed or certified nursing assistant (CNA) or nursing assistant (NA), with license in good standing (if applicable) Must possess current medication training certification Must have a positive criminal background screening; drug‑free workplace CPR/first‑aid certification preferred or as required by state Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred Benefits Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (for eligible team members) 401(k) Retirement Plan with immediate vesting Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Supplemental insurance options Real growth paths within a multi‑community senior living organization Equal Employment Opportunity Allegro Living provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allegro Senior Living, LLC
