Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets, timelines, and quality expectations
* Lead and support production staff to maintain safe and efficient equipment operation
* Train team members on processes, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance
* Manage staffing levels and allocate resources based on production demands
* Partner with internal teams to support quality initiatives, compliance requirements, and reporting needs
* Evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction
* Enforce adherence to operational procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
* Ensure all workplace policies and safety practices are consistently followed
* Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support operations

Requirements:

*Mechanical aptitude with experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment
*Bachelor"s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
*Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting is required (or equivalent combination of experience and training)
*Comfortable using computers and basic systems for reporting and communication
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
*Capable of standing for extended periods during the workday
*Forklift experience or certification is beneficial but not required
