Our team is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing ILS activities for IRST / Legion Programs.What You Will Be DoingAs the Project Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading engineering project execution and integrated logistics support across development, production, and sustainment phases.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead in‑plant and offsite engineering teams to deliver program objectives.Manage cost accounts, earned value, budgeting, and variance analysis.Oversee contract data deliverables and sustainment support for multiple customers.Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with production, procurement, quality, and senior leadership.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep experience in ILS, cost management, and multi‑contract environments. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word) • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance • Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements, maintain and deliver GFE hardware, tooling, and support equipment • Ability to track, submit, and report contractual data deliverables • Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations• Risk and opportunity management• Proposal experience• CAM experience and/or working in support of EAC/ETC generationDesired Skills• IRST Programs or EO / IR Sensor Program Experience• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment • Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications • Familiar with MFC Asset Management System (AMS)• Experience interacting with management and customers• Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managingPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
