Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.LCCS contract, coordination with the Javelin Maintenance Support Center and overall program performance. Responsible for managing contractual commitments and associated metrics of the Javelin Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) contract.Position requires planning manpower, repair parts, and test equipment/tooling to meet current and future maintenance demands. Candidate will also be involved in program planning for CLU reconditioning efforts for delivery to international customers.Basic QualificationsAppropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignmentFamiliarity with depot operations, supply support modeling, and maintenance planning specifically in the defense industryExperience working with customer program office personnel to plan support for fielded productsExperience with Cost, Schedule, & Risk managementDesired SkillsBS degree in management, logistics, or technical field with 5 yearsâ experience with logistics support of military productsKnowledge of Javelin programInternational Trade Compliance experienceInternational shipping processes and proceduresExperience leading teams and/or effortsExperience in developing and presenting logistics support program materials to management and customerPositive/self-starting attitude that is not slowed by perceived roadblocksSelf-driven, ability to work independently and in a team environmentExperience leading othersStrong Microsoft Office skillsSecurity ClearanceAbility to Obtain SecretPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
