Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Bilingual Production Scheduling Assistant (English/Spanish). The role supports the production scheduling team by coordinating daily job schedules, updating work orders, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion of customer orders. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with production staff and supervisors, confirming material availability, and adjusting schedules based on changing priorities. The assistant will handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining scheduling records, while responding to phone and in-person inquiries from internal teams and customers. The position requires consistent use of both English and Spanish to facilitate clear communication across the workforce and with Spanish-speaking customers. Qualifications Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (required). Planning & Analysis: Background or skills in production engineering, production planning, and analytical data interpretation to optimize resource use. Quality & Communication: Awareness of quality control standards, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or scheduling tools; familiarity with manufacturing environments, pressure vessels, or metal fabrication processes.
