Direct Hire- Clinical Supervisor

Direct Hire Position

Looking for candidates throughout the state of Indiana. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide training, support, supervision, and encouragement to direct reports.
Provide leadership and encouragement to the district team.
Responsible for district clinical and programming goals and outcomes.
Facilitate weekly staffing, supervise cases, and provide consultations, as needed for direct reports.
Review client documentation, including progress notes, supervised visitation reports, monthly reports, and court reports.
Work with District Director to market services for growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Masters or better in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
5 years: Experience in social work or similar field
LCSW, LMFT, LMHC (preferred)

Anticipated starting annual salary: $60,000 with Paid Relocation
