Opportunity:

Hematology/Oncology

Job Details:

• Full-time Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Open to both Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
• Outpatient-focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies across all age groups
• See 11-16 patients per day in a supportive environment with dedicated staff
• Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services
• Utilize Epic EMR system for coordinated, connected care
• Provide care for patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and oncology supportive therapies
• Access to clinical trials through research programs when eligible
• Work in a multidisciplinary care team environment with comprehensive support services
• Practice full-spectrum medical oncology and hematology with emphasis on continuity of care
• Board certification as PA or APP required along with Minnesota state license

This community-based oncology practice operates as part of a larger integrated cancer network with access to metro and regional sites. The facility features a comprehensive cancer care program with a 686-bed hospital setting, offering both outpatient clinic services and an infusion center. The practice provides multidisciplinary care with onsite services including radiology, laboratory, and specialized oncology support teams, while maintaining access to telehealth specialty care and research opportunities.
