Job Description
The General Manager - Regulated Manufacturing reports to senior executive leadership and has overall responsibility for site operations, financial performance, compliance, and team development.
- Develop and execute the site's strategic and operational plans to support business growth and performance objectives
- Lead manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and support functions to achieve operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and process optimization initiatives across the site
- Ensure all regulatory, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained
- Manage site budgets, capital investment projects, and overall financial performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support new product introductions, innovation, and capability expansion
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement

The Successful Applicant
For the General Manager - Regulated Manufacturing we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
- Significant experience leading regulated manufacturing operations within pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, chemicals, food production, or similarly complex environments
- Proven experience managing multi-functional teams and site-wide operations
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated profit and loss responsibility and budget management experience
- Track record of leading organizational change, infrastructure development, and business transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- A hands-on leader with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive measurable results
