Employee Relations DirectorLocation: Canonsburg, PA | Full-Time | ExemptOur client, a dynamic and expanding company, is in need of an experienced Employee Relations Director to lead and enhance their HR function. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional who enjoys creating compliant, employee-focused programs that drive organizational success.ResponsibilitiesAs the Employee Relations Director, you will be the primary leader for employee relations, compliance, and culture. Key duties include:Maintaining compliance with Federal and various State Employment & Labor laws.Managing Workers' Compensation policies and procedures.Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes from start to finish.Conducting annual reviews of employee compensation and benefits packages.Handling open enrollment, FMLA, and short-term disability matters.Full accountability for payroll functions.Participating in the review process for the 401K plan.Developing and implementing employee evaluation systems.Reviewing trends from exit interviews and reporting findings to senior management.Training and fostering the growth of HR staff.Collaborating with employment lawyers on compliance and policy issues.Evaluating training needs within the organization and implementing effective programs.Involvement in disciplinary and grievance procedures with professionalism.QualificationsWe are seeking candidates with strong HR knowledge and proven leadership skills.
