As a Home Health Aide (HHA) - PCA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing in-home care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting clients with medication management, wound care, and other healthcare needs
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care activities
• Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
