We are seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Officer Originator - HARD MONEY to become a part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate, residential and commercial loans. WE PROVIDE LEADS. MORTGAGE NMLS NOT REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL

Responsibilities:

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods

We provide leads so NO COLD CALLING.

70/30 split on leads provided.

30/70 split on self generated deals that are your own.

 

This is commercial lending so loans avg from 1mm-50mm

Back office support with pricing and structuring loans

 

Capital Markets on the floor to price and structure loans

Processor on the floor to close loans

Sales Manager on the floor to guide and assist
Monthly Draws available

 

Nationwide coverage

You DO NOT NEED A LICENSE / nmls

 

We pay the next day after loan closes..
No taxes taken out. 1099
