Showroom Manager

Job Overview Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead our Savannah, GA bath, kitchen & lighting showroom. The role reports to the Senior Branch Manager and oversees a 4,000 sq ft showroom with direct supervision of 4 associates on the customer service team. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day showroom operations, including team management, display coordination, clearance center oversight, revenue growth, margin enhancement, budget targets and process improvement. Recruit, mentor, train, schedule, set goals, and develop showroom staff. Manage daily showroom traffic and sell lighting, appliances, and high‑end fixtures to a wide range of customers. Handle budget processes, review expenses, and manage other financial responsibilities. Assist customers by appointment and walk‑ins, resolve complaints, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Represent Ferguson at industry events and local meetings. Qualifications 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in plumbing fixtures, lighting, or appliance retail sales. Proven track record in building and implementing process improvements. Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal. Ability to listen, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions. Experience mentoring and training others. Ability to work cross‑departmentally, manage time and people, and embrace change. Capacity to serve a diverse customer base with varying product knowledge.
