Store Manager

Compensation Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Responsibilities Maintain the "Peace, Love, and Ice Cream" culture at all times: greet customers, offer samples, and demonstrate store pride. Follow all applicable food safety rules, including dress code and food storage regulations. Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately. Be available for late summer nights (past 11 pm) and weekends, including some holidays. Monitor labor and cost of goods to keep the store profitable. Drive sales growth while keeping costs down. Serve as a full‑time Store Manager and lead the store team. Requirements & Qualifications Have an infectious smile and a sense of urgency. Be passionate about making people happy. Work 6–8 hours on your feet and lift at least 20 lbs. Thriv in a fast‑paced environment with a can‑do attitude. Have at least 2 years of retail food experience. Understand small‑business operations and related concepts. Demonstrate honesty and integrity. Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; this is a desert business, not a 9‑5. Be tech‑savvy, comfortable with social media, and skilled in paperwork. Preferred Experience General manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, restaurant assistant general manager, or similar roles at Ben & Jerry's, Chick‑fil‑A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, or In‑N‑Out Burger. #J-18808-Ljbffr
