Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are currently enrolled in Master’s programs, providing feedback and guidance tailored to their professional development.

• Offer a range of psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and addressing diverse emotional and psychological issues.

• Engage in teamwork by collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients, connecting them with relevant community resources.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address individual client needs, goals, and therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain meticulous record-keeping and documentation to comply with clinical standards and ensure quality service delivery.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in therapy to continuously enhance service delivery and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a diverse range of individuals and families, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. You will be addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma, among others. Your interventions will have a direct impact on their mental health and overall quality of life, making your role vital to their ongoing healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).

• Professional liability insurance to ensure protection in your practice.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience supervising trainees or practicum students will be preferred. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, as well as a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, will also be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on full-time or part-time status and experience.
