Client Benefits Administrator Senior

Overview At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Benefits Administrator Senior to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client relationships and ensuring their benefit plans run smoothly. You’ll work with a diverse group of colleagues and clients, helping to shape a future defined by excellence and collaboration. How You'll Make An Impact Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Handle complex and high-volume accounts, interpret plan rules to ensure compliance, and prepare clear, effective communications. Lead special projects, analyze policies, and help develop benefit plans that align with current trends and regulations. Your work will directly contribute to reducing risks and improving outcomes for our clients. About You Required High School diploma or equivalent + minimum of 4-5 years related experience. Behaviors Experience managing client relationships and handling complex accounts. A strong understanding of benefit plans, including group life, health insurance, retirement, and income continuation programs. The ability to explain complex rules and policies in simple terms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
