Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our growing family of imaging specialists. Description of Responsibilities

• Perform various ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging

• Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Handle and maintain imaging equipment, addressing any technical issues swiftly
• Keep meticulous records of procedures and patient information within the electronic medical system
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
