What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative

• Support contractors and homeowners throughout their projects by answering product questions, providing quotes, placing orders, assisting with warranties, and helping resolve service needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by learning their needs, providing knowledgeable service, and becoming a dependable resource they can count on from project to project.
• Assist contractors and homeowners visiting the showroom by explaining product options, helping with selections, and preparing accurate quotes and orders.
• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly, handling quote requests, product questions, warranty needs, order placements, and other inquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotes and orders while working toward Premiere's standard of completing customer quotes within one business day.
• Resolve customer issues by taking ownership, tracking down missing products, coordinating warranty-related reorders, and following through until the customer's needs are addressed.
• Support contractor pickups throughout the day by preparing paperwork, obtaining signatures, and helping customers get back on the road efficiently.
• Maintain showroom samples by assisting with reordering and stocking so customers have the resources they need when making product selections.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and delivery team members to provide customers with one consistent, responsive Premiere experience.

Our Ideal Inside Sales Representative

• Industry-Savvy: Brings customer service, sales support, order entry, estimating, or related experience from building materials, construction, home improvement, or a construction-adjacent industry.
• Experienced: 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience involving product knowledge, quotes, orders, project support, or ongoing customer relationships is preferred.
• Customer-Focused: Enjoys working with customers beyond a single transaction, taking time to understand their project needs and helping them find the right products and solutions.
• Detail-Oriented: Understands that accurate product information, quotes, orders, and follow-through are essential when supporting contractors and construction projects.
• Dependable: Takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and can be counted on to respond accurately and promptly to customer needs.
• Solutions-Oriented: Remains calm when challenges arise, takes initiative, and works toward solutions rather than passing customer problems along.
• Tech-Ready: Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Outlook; experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience
• Experience with product knowledge, quotes, orders, project support, or ongoing customer relationships is preferred
• Customer service, sales support, order entry, estimating experience
• Experience with building materials, construction, home improvement, or a construction-adjacent industry
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM, and EPR experience
