Together with managers, the HRBPs works on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.**Responsibility Profile:*** Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices.* Mentor managers on employee development best practices.* Responsible for administering performance management program.* Advise leadership on hiring and terminations.* Administer payroll, employee benefits and FMLA.* Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution.* Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.* Partner with leadership to develop succession plans.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** Three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience.* College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.**Salary and Travel requirements:*** **IN PERSON*** **Monday to Friday, 25% travel in the area to other locations.
